Today Telesoft-Russia has a competent, energetic collective of specialists,
which addresses variety of tasks related to management system design and development. Competence of the experts encompasses every stage of system life cycle: starting from pre-project study of telecommunication company up to support of the system operation, including necessary consulting, soft- and hardware integration, software development. The unique combination of professionals of different profiles as programmers, mathematics and telecom experts contributes to the successful solution of our client's tasks.
Currently there are 130 highly qualified specialists in Telesoft-Russia.
A technical personnel constitutes 80% of the total staff. It has completed a special 4 month training course in Russia and the following stages on management system development for Telesoft S.p.A. in Italy.
